Your organization is moving. But too much is still sitting on you.
I partner with education and mission-driven leaders as a fractional Chief of Staff and executive operating partner, helping translate strategy into structured execution so the work moves consistently across your team, not just through you.
This is usually the moment
You're carrying both the day-to-day and the longer-term vision at the same time. A new initiative is in motion but no one fully owns how it comes together. Roles exist on paper but the work hasn't shifted in practice. You're preparing for a transition and the systems aren't ready yet.
You don't need another plan.
You need someone to come in, see clearly what's actually happening, and help build the structure so it doesn't all run through you.
How I work
My work typically unfolds in three phases
01
I map what's actually happening
Not what's written down, but how the work is actually running. Where decisions stall. What's living in people's heads instead of in systems. Where ownership is unclear.
This usually takes three to four weeks and produces something concrete: a clear picture of what's in place, where the gaps are, and what needs to stabilize first.
02
I build the structure
Once we know what's missing, I work with you and your team to simplify core workflows, clarify who owns what, and put systems in place that others can actually follow. The goal is not a document that sits on a shelf. It's a working version of how things should run.
03
I stay close while it takes hold
Systems don't stick on their own. I stay involved in a lighter, ongoing way to make sure the work is actually running in practice, troubleshoot what comes up, and reinforce ownership across the team until things can move without me.
The goal is always the same. When I step back, the work should be able to run without everything sitting with one person.
Who this is for
Charter networks and school leaders managing growth, transition, or increased accountability.
Nonprofits and mission-driven organizations where leadership bandwidth is maxed.
Executive Directors and senior leaders preparing for the next phase and needing systems in place before it arrives.
