Hi! I’m Simrun.

I work alongside CEOs, school leaders, superintendents, nonprofit executives, and public-sector leaders navigating growth, transition, and increasing complexity, helping translate strategy into coordinated, disciplined execution.

Over the past decade, I’ve operated in education and mission-driven organizations at multiple levels of scale: from coaching school leaders and building data systems, to serving as a strategic partner inside executive offices.

Most recently, I worked in the Office of the CEO at College Board, partnering closely with executive leadership across a 1,800+ person global organization serving millions of students annually. I partnered closely with executive leadership to redesign operating cadence, drive enterprise priorities across functions, manage executive-level communications, and maintain execution continuity during periods of organizational change.

Earlier in my career at New Visions for Public Schools, a nonprofit supporting New York City charter and district schools, I worked alongside school and network leaders to build cross-functional systems and lead continuous improvement efforts that translated data into action.

Across roles, the through-line has been consistent: building structures that clarify priorities, align teams, and move critical work forward.

Over time, I noticed a pattern.

I am most energized at inflection points, when growth accelerates, priorities compete, and leadership bandwidth stretches thin.

That’s where I do my best work.

My work is grounded in trust, clarity, and shared accountability, particularly within mission-driven organizations balancing purpose with performance.

I launched this practice to support leaders navigating meaningful transitions, offering embedded partnership without adding permanent headcount.
